Experience:
MBBS from any reputed medical college in Bangladesh.
MPH in Occupational Health and Safety will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information professionally.
Strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, and commitment to patient and employee safety.
Lead and supervise the day-to-day activities of Medical Technologists at the Airport and Head Office.
Prepare duty rosters and oversee medical operations at the airport, including medical support for VVIP flights.
Conduct, supervise, and review psychoactive substance testing, including alcohol and drug screening, in accordance with applicable procedures.
Monitor the availability, condition, and proper maintenance of aircraft medications, AEDs, first-aid supplies, and other medical equipment.
Maintain, review, and verify medical records and internal medical data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
Conduct First Aid training sessions for employees across different departments and organize health awareness programs, workshops, and related initiatives.
Assess pilots and cabin crew and issue Fit-to-Fly certificates in accordance with applicable aviation medical requirements and company procedures.
Implement and monitor aviation medicine, occupational health, and workplace safety-related policies and procedures as directed by the Head of Department.
Provide emergency first aid and initial medical assistance to employees and other relevant personnel when required.
Address health insurance-related queries and coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate appropriate resolution.
Maintain effective coordination with relevant departments on medical and occupational health matters.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to Medical Service as assigned by the Head of Department.
