Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain good relationships with pharmaceutical companies and brand managers.
Find new customers and introduce them to our services.
Support existing customers by ensuring they receive services on time and assist with billing, payments, and service-related issues.
Work with different teams to solve customer problems and prepare simple reports.
Help grow the business by finding new opportunities and keeping existing customers satisfied.
