Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Master/Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Science (Mandatory)

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Evaluates and assess the nutrition status of patients, and screen patients for nutritional risk in accordance with established department protocols and standards.

• Plans and initiates medical nutrition therapy for patients if indicated by patient requirements and clinical protocol.

• Certifies patients for specific program benefits.

• Educates and counsels patients and families on nutritional issues, either individually or in groups.

• Meeting with clients and identifying their dietary needs by assessing their health, exercise routine, and food habits.

• Developing and helping implement personalized nutrition plans for clients.

• Offering advice on how to stay healthy and providing support to help clients with their progress.

• Communicates individual nutritional care plans to other health care providers as a member of a health care team.

• Performs various administrative duties related to public health nutrition programs.

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
