Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• FCPS / MD / MS / MPhil / PhD or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the relevant discipline.

• Valid registration with the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC).

• Experience RequirementsCandidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria for the respective position as prescribed by the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC), the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, and the Affiliated University.

• Teaching and clinical experience in a recognized medical college or teaching hospital is required.

• Research publications in peer-reviewed journals will be considered an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, clinical instruction, bedside teaching, tutorials, seminars, and practical sessions in the respective department.

• Provide high-quality patient care through outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and clinical services where applicable.

• Supervise interns, postgraduate trainees, and medical students during academic and clinical training.

• Participate in curriculum development, examinations, assessment, academic planning, and quality assurance activities.

• Conduct and publish research in recognized national and international peer-reviewed journals.

• Participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME), workshops, seminars, conferences, and faculty development programmes.

• Maintain professional ethics, evidence-based medical practice, and institutional standards.

• Contribute to departmental administration, accreditation, and academic development initiatives.

• Perform any other academic, clinical, or administrative responsibilities assigned by the College Authority.
