• Basic knowledge of sample collection, handling, labeling, and transportation procedures.

The Sample Collector will be responsible for visiting clients, healthcare professionals, diagnostic centers, hospitals, and other business partners to collect diagnostic samples and ensure their safe and timely delivery to the designated laboratory/clinic.

* Collect diagnostic samples from clients and corporate/B2B customers according to established procedures.

* Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients, hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other business partners.

* Coordinate with clients regarding sample collection schedules and requirements.

* Ensure proper identification, labeling, packaging, handling, and transportation of collected samples.

* Supply and maintain necessary sample collection equipment, containers, kits, and other required materials at client locations.

* Receive samples from clients and verify that all required information and documentation are complete and accurate.

* Deposit collected samples at the designated billing/laboratory department within the required timeframe.

* Prepare and maintain accurate records of collected samples, shipments, deliveries, and client requests.

* Make daily visits to assigned clients as per the approved schedule.

* Arrange and coordinate transportation facilities for timely movement of samples and other materials.

* Coordinate with different departments, including laboratory, billing, logistics, customer service, and sales teams.

* Follow all applicable safety, hygiene, sample-handling, and quality-control procedures.

* Ensure the quality and integrity of diagnostic materials during collection and transportation.

* Immediately report any damaged, mislabeled, insufficient, delayed, or compromised samples to the concerned supervisor.

* Develop and maintain efficient logistics plans for regular sample collection and movement.

* Monitor inventory of sample collection materials and inform the concerned department when replenishment is required.

* Support the Sales & Marketing team in maintaining existing client relationships and improving service satisfaction.

* Assist in onboarding new corporate/B2B clients by explaining the sample collection process and available services.

* Collect client feedback and communicate complaints, service issues, or special requirements to the concerned department.

* Maintain confidentiality of client information, test requests, reports, and other sensitive information.

* Follow the organization’s policies, procedures, and professional standards at all times.

* Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
