Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement paid advertising strategies aligned with company objectives and marketing campaigns.Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
∎ Identify, segment, and analyze target audiences to ensure optimal ad reach and conversion.
∎ Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience targeting.
∎ Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns.Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and persuasive ad materials.
∎ Develop campaign funnels for different customer segments (cold, warm, and hot audiences).
∎ Implement remarketing, custom audiences, and lookalike audience strategies for improved ROI.
∎ Track and analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM codes, and Tag Manager.
∎ Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.Plan and manage monthly advertising budgets, ensuring efficient media buying and spend allocation.
∎ Stay updated with advertising trends, platform policy changes, and competitor activities.
∎ Work closely with the e-commerce or sales team to align ad strategies with business goals.Maintain campaign documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across marketing and sales teams.
∎ Provide creative input and suggestions for new campaigns based on market trends and consumer insights.
