∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online chat, email, and messaging platforms.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
∎ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right tools and resources.
∎ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering excellent service and support.
∎ Manage and resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude and a problem-solving approach.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
∎ Record and document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback properly.
∎ Stay updated with company products, services, and promotional offers to assist customers efficiently.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
