Prior experience in a call center / customer support (international campaign) will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work night shift (international time zone).
Good communication, problem-solving skills, and customer-centric mindset.Ability to work under pressure.
We are hiring Client Support Executives for an international campaign, where you will handle inbound calls in English and provide high-quality support to overseas clients.
Receive and handle inbound calls from international customers.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English (both spoken and written).
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information, solutions, and guidance.
Maintain call logs, update CRM/system with correct information.
Meet individual and team KPI targets (AHT, CSAT, Attendance, etc.).
Maintain professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude during all interactions.
Salary: Negotiable (based on skills & experience).
