Experience:
Graduation/Post Graduation from any reputed university (Major in Marketing/ Management/ Business background are highly preferable)
Identify and assess customer needs to provide solutions that ensure long-term satisfaction.
Establish and maintain sustainable relationships through open, interactive, and transparent communication.
Manage the end-to-end account process, including opening new customer accounts and maintaining rigorous updates to existing records.
Monitor the progression of new product samples through to bulk order production and final delivery.
Coordinate between internal departments and the customer to ensure smooth logistics and timely receipt of goods.
Handle product or service complaints by identifying root causes, selecting the best solutions, and following up to guarantee full resolution.
Manage customer-wise credit limits and monitor collection status to meet monthly financial targets.
Conduct regular on-site customer visits to strengthen business ties and ensure the timely recovery of outstanding debts.
Balance the need for sales growth with the necessity of disciplined collection follow-ups.
Other duties as delegated from time to time by the management.
