Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide solutions that ensure long-term satisfaction.

  • Establish and maintain sustainable relationships through open, interactive, and transparent communication.

  • Manage the end-to-end account process, including opening new customer accounts and maintaining rigorous updates to existing records.

  • Monitor the progression of new product samples through to bulk order production and final delivery.

  • Coordinate between internal departments and the customer to ensure smooth logistics and timely receipt of goods.

  • Handle product or service complaints by identifying root causes, selecting the best solutions, and following up to guarantee full resolution.

  • Manage customer-wise credit limits and monitor collection status to meet monthly financial targets.

  • Conduct regular on-site customer visits to strengthen business ties and ensure the timely recovery of outstanding debts.

  • Balance the need for sales growth with the necessity of disciplined collection follow-ups.

  • Other duties as delegated from time to time by the management.
