Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information courteously.
Conduct tele sales and cold calls to achieve sales targets.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
Engage with interested leads through outbound calls, providing information and assistance to help them complete their service journey.
Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and escalate unresolved issues.
Demonstrate patience and empathy while handling difficult situations.
