Proactively call, pitch, and follow up with students and working professionals in Bangladesh and overseas to generate qualified leads and drive enrollments.
Present Transfotech Academy’s career-focused bootcamp programs in a clear, compelling, and results-driven manner, highlighting job outcomes, skill development, and career growth opportunities.
Identify prospects’ career goals, assess their skill gaps, and strategically recommend the most suitable training program to maximize conversion.
Schedule and coordinate high-conversion career counselling sessions with Senior Advisors to close enrollments.
Consistently drive admissions by guiding prospects through the full enrollment cycle — from initial contact to payment and onboarding — while achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with international teams (USA, Malaysia, and other regions) to align sales strategies, manage leads, and optimize cross-border enrollment opportunities.
Support revenue-generating seminars, webinars, workshops, and information sessions by assisting Senior Advisors in lead engagement and post-event conversion.
Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and enrollment status to ensure strong pipeline management and reporting.
Take ownership of individual sales performance, follow structured follow-up cycles, and ensure maximum lead-to-enrollment conversion ratio.
