Experience:
Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA – full or part-qualified) preferred.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh tax, VAT, and audit regulations.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Manage accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Ability to implement process improvements for transparency and accuracy.
Maintain comprehensive full-cycle accounting records, including general ledgers and journals, with high precision.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts receivable/payable, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
Ensure strict compliance with local Tax, VAT regulations, and international financial reporting standards.
Manage and reconcile complex inter-company transactions with the US-based parent organization.
Facilitate and support internal and external audits by maintaining organized, audit-ready documentation.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and auditors to ensure full adherence to corporate policies and statutory laws.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and sophisticated models for management review.
Perform variance analysis and trend monitoring to identify cost efficiencies and support strategic decision-making.
Provide actionable financial insights and data-driven recommendations for operational initiatives.
Administer and optimize cloud-based accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to ensure data integrity.
Implement continuous process improvements to enhance reporting transparency and departmental accuracy.

Work closely with both local and US management teams.
