Education:

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
  • Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA – full or part-qualified) preferred.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 26 years
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh tax, VAT, and audit regulations.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Manage accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

  • Ability to implement process improvements for transparency and accuracy.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain comprehensive full-cycle accounting records, including general ledgers and journals, with high precision.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts receivable/payable, payroll processing, and expense tracking.

  • Ensure strict compliance with local Tax, VAT regulations, and international financial reporting standards.

  • Manage and reconcile complex inter-company transactions with the US-based parent organization.

  • Facilitate and support internal and external audits by maintaining organized, audit-ready documentation.

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and auditors to ensure full adherence to corporate policies and statutory laws.

  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and sophisticated models for management review.

  • Perform variance analysis and trend monitoring to identify cost efficiencies and support strategic decision-making.

  • Provide actionable financial insights and data-driven recommendations for operational initiatives.

  • Administer and optimize cloud-based accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to ensure data integrity.

  • Implement continuous process improvements to enhance reporting transparency and departmental accuracy.
