Experience:
Prior experience in EdTech, Education Services, Study Abroad Consultancy, Advertising Agency, or Service-based organizations is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, performance marketing, and analytics tools.
Proven leadership and team management capability.
Take full responsibility for building and executing the overall brand and marketing strategy for Shera International Group across EdTech, Study Abroad Consultancy, Advertising Agency, and other business verticals.
Ensure all brands have clear positioning, strong value propositions, and consistent messaging, so the company looks and sounds the same across every platform and customer touchpoint.
Design and run marketing and growth campaigns that directly support business goals such as revenue growth, lead generation, and market expansion.
Lead all digital and performance marketing activities to attract the right audience, generate quality leads, improve conversions, and grow customers online.
Build and maintain a strong online presence through websites, social media, content, and digital assets to increase visibility, engagement, and credibility.
Work closely with founders and senior leadership to make sure marketing plans support the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy.
Lead and develop the internal marketing team, ensuring clear direction, high performance, and continuous skill improvement.
Manage external agencies and partners to ensure marketing work is delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level.
Regularly study the market, competitors, and customer behavior in Bangladesh and international markets to identify new growth opportunities.
Plan and manage the marketing budget responsibly to ensure efficient spending and strong return on investment (ROI).
Measure and analyze marketing performance using data and reports, and clearly present results and insights to senior management.
Continuously improve marketing strategies by using data, feedback, innovation, and industry best practices.
