Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute platform-specific strategies and calendar (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create trend-based short-form video strategies (Reels, Shorts, viral hooks).
Monitor global content trends, algorithm updates, and engagement patterns.
Build strong content funnels from awareness to conversion.
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns for both local and international markets.
Manage audience segmentation, geo-targeting, scaling, and budget allocation across countries.
Ensure full compliance with updated Meta & Google Ads policies (local & global standards).
Handle pixel setup, conversion tracking, retargeting, A/B testing, and performance scaling.
Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPC, and revenue targets.
Develop marketing strategies for different regions and customer behavior patterns.
Adapt creatives, messaging, and targeting for cross-cultural markets.
Identify global growth opportunities and expansion channels.
Maintain strong connections with influencers and digital creators (local & international preferred).
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.
