Responsibilities & Context:
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure Sell hotel shares / equity units / investment portions to individual & corporate investors.
-Explain project details including investment model, expected return, profit sharing & exit options
-Generate leads through phone calls, meetings, digital platforms & walk-ins
-Arrange project presentations and site visits for potential investors
-Maintain investor database and regular follow-up
-Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
-Assist in booking, agreement signing & documentation process
-Coordinate with management, legal & accounts team
