Responsibilities & Context:

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Lead, monitor, and motivate the corporate sales, shop sales and online sales team to ensure consistent performance.

• Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and key accounts.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Marketing & Brand Development

• Plan and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital, online, offline, corporate branding).

• Oversee promotional campaigns, exhibitions, corporate presentations, and client events.

• Strengthen brand positioning and visibility in the different food market.

• Monitor ROI of marketing campaigns.

Business Development

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive growth strategies.

• Prepare proposals, costing strategies, presentations, and contract negotiations.

• Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and purchase teams to ensure accurate commitments.

Leadership & Reporting

• Recruit, train, and develop sales & marketing team members.

• Set KPIs, evaluate performance, and prepare regular MIS and sales reports.

• Report directly to top management with insights and growth recommendations.

• Monitor sales KPIs, forecasting and reporting

• Oversee marketing strategy in coordination with the marketing team.
