Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

• M.Com in Accounting or MBA (Major in Finance)

• CA / ICMA (partly qualified) will be considered an advantage

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 45 years

• Minimum 5 Years of practical experience in a manufacturing factory, preferably in cement or heavy industrial plants

• Candidate must reside at the Mongla Cement Factory premises

• Strong team-working ability and coordination skills

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good personality, professional attitude, and positive mindset

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible in handling financial matters

• Yearly Budget preparation

• Preparation and finalization of monthly and annual financial statements

• Product costing and detailed cost sheet preparation

• Break-even analysis and profitability analysis

• Cost accounting, production cost control, and inventory management

• Loan management and liaison with financial institutions

• Import costing and Bank correspondence

• Debtors management, receivable aging, and follow-up

• VAT, Tax, and other statutory compliance (NBR matters)

• Factory payroll and employee-related accounts

• Asset valuation

• Coordination with internal and external auditors

• Ability to independently handle factory-level accounts operations

• Computer proficiency a must (MS Office, Internet, E-mail) and Accts, tax related handling.

• Banking Finance-LC open.
