Experience:
Strong expertise in ATL, BTL, B2B, B2C, digital marketing, and event management.
Proven experience in campaign execution, lead generation, and brand promotion.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

Experience promoting foreign universities is a strong advantage.
Own the country-level strategy for marketing, branding, and student recruitment for assigned universities.
Maintain brand positioning, messaging, and visibility across all channels.
Plan and execute annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps.
Design, implement, and monitor digital & offline campaigns targeting both B2C (students) and B2B (schools, agents, universities, and partners).
Execute ATL and BTL campaigns, including print, radio, social media, seminars, roadshows, and events.
Track campaign performance, ROI, and lead quality, optimizing for measurable results.
Organize, promote, and manage education expos, fairs, workshops, and university events.
Collaborate with vendors, media partners, and internal teams to maximize brand exposure and student leads.
Identify and develop B2B partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and agencies.
Build relationships with education agents to enhance student acquisition.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, student inquiries, and lead conversion metrics.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and achieve management-set objectives.
