Responsibilities & Context:

A Marketing Officer for a hospital is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote healthcare services, enhance the hospital's reputation, and increase patient acquisition. They manage campaigns across digital, print, and community channels while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing plans to promote specialized hospital services, clinics, and health packages.

  • Digital & Traditional Marketing: Manage the hospital’s online presence (social media, website, SEO) and produce print materials like brochures and newsletters.

  • Patient Acquisition & Retention: Identify new patient segments and develop initiatives to improve the overall patient experience and build loyalty.
