Unique Cement Industries Limited (UCIL) has a long record of upright reputation as one of the leading cement manufacturers in Bangladesh. UCIL is pursuing excellent growth through a motivated & performance driven sales team under flagship brand named `Fresh`, `Meghnacem Deluxe`, ‘Dhalai Special Cement’. To support continuous growth, currently UCIL is looking for some energetic & skilled personnel to join the sales team. This position deserves someone who is capable to visit potential clients market development.

  • Identify potential Corporate Clients to accelerate current sales volume of cement.

  • Focus on new customer development as well as retention of the existing clients by regular visit.

  • Ensure growth in sales revenue as well as high levels of client`s satisfaction.

  • Analyze feasibility & financial strength of potential clients and convince them to become permanent clients.

  • Follow up & coordinate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of cement.

  • Survey and prepare SWOT analysis report of the competitors and suggest for changes in prices and other market promotions.

  • Develop a proper channel in govt. / semi / non-govt. organization and other private organizations to understand market trends and demand patterns.

  • Focus on sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.

  • Prepare yearly sales budget and take necessary steps to meet up the yearly budget.

  • Provide weekly & monthly sales report to supervisor regarding sales performance.
