• Microsoft Word & Excel Skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gain a good understanding of the company`s product line, including features, benefits, and applications to excel in customer engagement.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and driving performance in assigned territories.

• Identify and target potential clients and businesses in the ceramics sector to maximize sales opportunities and expand market reach.

• Ensure the coverage of all Fresh Ceramics-Sanitary Ware products in each outlet under the assigned territory to increase customer access to our diverse product range.

• Provide delighted customer service and ensure that clients receive timely assistance and support of fresh ceramic products.

• Develop new dealers and corporate-level customers to achieve the monthly sales target.

• Ensure payment collection from dealers and corporate clients to deliver their products on time.

• Conduct market research and surveys to identify new selling possibilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products.

• Keep good trade relationships with dealers and responsible persons so that they can know about our promotional plans and get any product-related help.

• Prepare regular sales reports and target vs. achievement reports and submit it to the reporting line head.
