  • Strong knowledge of cable products, specifications, and applications in power and infrastructure projects.

  • Sound understanding of the Bangladesh tendering system and tender participation process.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor strategies.

  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong professional network with contractors, consultants, and corporate clients will be an added advantage.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and tender-related activities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Identify, track, and analyze government and private sector tender opportunities.

  2. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tender participation patterns to identify business growth opportunities.

  3. Coordinate tender strategy, pricing, and bidding processes with technical and finance teams.

  4. Develop and maintain relationships with procurement officials, consultants, contractors, corporate clients, and dealers.

  5. Promote cable products and develop strong technical understanding of product specifications and applications.

  6. Explore new project and tender opportunities in both public and private sectors.

  7. Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documents and quotations accurately and on time.

  8. Ensure proper documentation of quotations, tenders, contracts, approvals, and related sales records.

  9. Coordinate with production, logistics, and planning teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  10. Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, tender status, and market insights for management.
