Job Responsibilities:
Gain a strong understanding of the company’s product line, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and driving performance in assigned territories.
Identify and target potential clients, dealers, and corporate customers in the ceramics and sanitary ware sector to expand market reach and maximize business opportunities.
Ensure the coverage of all Fresh Ceramics-Sanitary Ware products in each outlet under the assigned territory to increase customer access to our diverse product range.
Provide delighted customer service and ensure that clients receive timely assistance and support of fresh ceramic-Sanitary Ware products.
Develop new dealers and corporate clients to strengthen the distribution network and achieve sales growth targets.
Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and corporate clients to maintain financial discipline and enable smooth product delivery.
Conduct market research and surveys to identify new selling possibilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products.
Keep good trade relationships with dealers and responsible persons so that they can know about our promotional plans and get any product-related help.
Prepare regular sales reports and target vs. achievement reports and submit it to the reporting line head.
