  • Experience in Medical Equipment, Medical Device, Healthcare, Diagnostic Equipment, or Pharmaceutical Sales will be preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.

  • Having a valid motorcycle driving license will be considered an advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Officers to promote and sell Medical Equipment to hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and healthcare institutions across Bangladesh. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Job Location- Dhaka (Frequent travel throughout Bangladesh)

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Medical Equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.

  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to achieve sales targets.

  • Arrange product presentations and demonstrations for customers.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales successfully.

  • Participate in tender, corporate, and institutional sales activities.

  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.

  • Collect market intelligence, monitor competitors' activities, and submit regular sales reports.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
