Gram Bangla Tube is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality industrial and construction pipes, specializing in SS (Stainless Steel), MS (Mild Steel), GP (Galvanized Plain), and GI (Galvanized Iron) pipes. We are looking for energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Sales Representatives (SR) to expand our market footprint, establish strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and corporate clients, and drive sales growth across the country.
Job Responsibilities
Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell the company's core products, including SS, MS, GP, and GI pipes, to the target market.
Market Expansion: Identify and recruit new dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients to expand the distribution network.
Field Visits: Conduct regular market visits and field trips to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new sales leads.
Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
Market Intelligence: Collect market insights, monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and strategies, and report to the supervisor.
Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and dues from clients and dealers.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports to the reporting authority.
Customer Support: Coordinate with the delivery and logistics team to ensure smooth and timely supply of products and resolve any client queries or complaints professionally.
