ProspectOut is a B2B lead generation and outbound sales agency that helps businesses worldwide generate qualified meetings through cold email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound marketing. We work primarily with clients in the US and are looking for a confident, English-speaking Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend and lead virtual meetings with prospective and existing US clients.

• Respond to client emails professionally and promptly.

• Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Experience working with a digital service agency will be given preference.

• Comfortable conducting video meetings with international clients.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Work Setup Requirements

• A laptop or desktop computer.

• A working webcam and microphone.

• A quiet, professional environment suitable for client video meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of BDT 30,000 per month.
