Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits and project presentations to prospective buyers.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM.

  • Participate in property fairs, exhibitions and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a high standard of professional ethics.
