We are seeking energetic and result-oriented professionals to promote our dental services, build strong relationships with referring doctors and clinics, and drive patient referrals. The ideal candidates will be responsible for expanding our network, executing marketing initiatives, and increasing brand awareness across Chattogram.

Key Responsibilities:

· Regularly visit doctors chamber, and Medical Hospital to promote ODC's dental services and build strong professional relationships.

· Generate new patient referrals by effectively communicating our service offerings, specializations, and facilities.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand ODC's footprint in the Chattogram area.

· Maintain and nurture relationships with existing referrers to ensure consistent patient flow.

· Collect market intelligence, gather feedback from doctors and submit daily reports to the management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with a background in science , Marketing, or Business Studies will be given preference.

· Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Promotion Officer (MPO), Sales Representative, or similar role in the healthcare/pharma industry.

· Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bengali and English. Fluency in Chittagonian is a strong advantage for local networking.

· Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

· Ability to work independently, plan daily routes efficiently, and stay motivated without direct supervision.

· Confidence in presenting services to doctors.

· Honest, reliable, and professional demeanor when representing the brand
