Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure maximum performance

  • Generate new business leads and maintain strong client relationships

  • Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and deal closing activities

  • Ensure proper follow-up of potential clients and customer satisfaction

  • Monitor daily sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports

  • Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand

  • Ensure proper documentation for booking, agreements, and client communication

  • Maintain strong coordination with management for project sales planning

  • Participate in sales fairs, events, and corporate promotional activities
