Candidates must have strong experience in Apartment/Commercial space Sales
Previous experience in leading a sales team will be highly preferred
Strong leadership and team management ability
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of real estate market and sales process
Ability to handle high-value clients and close deals effectively
Strong planning, reporting, and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure maximum performance
Generate new business leads and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and deal closing activities
Ensure proper follow-up of potential clients and customer satisfaction
Monitor daily sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
Ensure proper documentation for booking, agreements, and client communication
Maintain strong coordination with management for project sales planning
Participate in sales fairs, events, and corporate promotional activities
