Millat Properties Limited is a reputed and fast-growing real estate developer company in Bangladesh. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and responsible professional for the position of Manager (Construction) to manage and supervise our construction projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage overall construction activities at project site

• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, design, and specifications

• Prepare construction planning, work schedule, and resource allocation

• Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely project completion

• Ensure quality control and maintain proper finishing standards

• Coordinate RCC, finishing, and MEP works with related teams

• Ensure proper site safety and compliance with company policies

• Monitor construction material planning, usage, and wastage control

• Verify contractor bills, BOQ, and recommend payments to management

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and submit to management

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and relevant departments

• Identify construction issues and provide quick solutions

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth project handover
