• Senior Executive: 3–4 year’s experience

• Executive: 2 year’s experience

• Candidates with experience & certificate in full stack Digital Marketing will get high priority

• Experienced in Real Estate field only.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

• Good knowledge of Real Estate Sales

• Practical experience in Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads & SEO will be an advantage

• Ability to generate quality leads and handle customer queries

• Skilled in MS Office, Email Communication & Reporting

• Strong follow-up and closing capability

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales target and ensure proper client follow-up

• Generate leads and convert potential clients into buyers

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations

• Maintain customer database and prepare daily/weekly sales reports

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationship

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

• Manage and run Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads / Google Ads Campaigns

• Lead generation through digital platforms and boost sales conversion

• Create and manage promotional content for social media

• Maintain company social media pages and ensure regular engagement

• Prepare digital marketing report and campaign performance analysis

• Coordinate with creative team for post design, video, and marketing materials
