Experience:
Collecting customer feedback, conducting market survey and data collection for new product design.
Monitoring Sales & marketing activities as per policy.
Maintaining sales & marketing report & communicate it to your reporting authority.
Implement all kinds of sales offers, consumer offer & various promotional activities offered by the company.
Should have a strong sense of responsibility, be independent, self-motivated, and able to work under the pressured situation.
Meet the assigned dealers for sales & relationship development.
Ensuring Existing and Potential customer visit (Daily) as per the approved visit plan to ensure product availability & consumption in the assigned business area.
Secure business opportunities to achieve the assigned target by promoting the products.
Generate a daily order from the outlet (Shop) within the assigned area.
Build long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers.
Creating new customers in the assigned market.
Meet the sales target every month.
Provide customer & competitor feedback to the superior in terms of their products, dealers, price, promotional activities, or any other marketing strategies
Prepare and submitting assigned report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
