Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities (Client Success / Account Management Role)

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by guiding them through BSD’s software setup and implementation process.

  • Provide structured software training sessions to clients so they can effectively use all relevant features.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries, support requests, and day-to-day communication.

  • Diagnose and resolve customer support issues by coordinating with technical and internal teams when required.

  • Clearly explain customization scope, system limitations, and best-practice solutions to clients in a professional manner.

  • Monitor client usage and engagement to ensure successful adoption of the software.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to maintain satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products, modules, or services based on client needs.

  • Collect client feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve service quality and product performance.

  • Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain regular follow-ups to enhance overall customer experience.
