• Masters
• Diploma

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Clear voice and confident speaking ability

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Height: 5’1’’ & above(Female )

• Good communication skills in Bangla & English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

• Ability to maintain customer data and call reports

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Presentable, smart, and well-mannered

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Previous experience in call center/telemarketing will be preferred

1. Make outbound calls and follow up with existing company leads

2. Communicate with customers interested in real estate projects

3. Convince potential clients to attend company programs and meetings

4. Schedule appointments and coordinate project site visits with clients

5. Provide accurate information about ongoing real estate projects

6. Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel

7. Follow up regularly to convert interested leads into prospects

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

9. Handle customer queries professionally and politely

• Salary Review: Half Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2

• Sales Commission: As per company policy
