Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor of Honors in Accounting/Finance/Management.
∎ Diploma in Supply Chain Management will get an added advantage.

Administrative, Logistics, Purchase and Procurement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all day-to-day administrative operations are in place and up-to-date as per the BLAST policy.
∎ Make sure Head office premises and all equipment are properly maintained.
∎ Initiate and monitor repair and maintenance of an office building, furniture, and equipment.
∎ Outsourcing different types of suppliers.
∎ Provide logistics support to arrange interviews, induction, and training.
∎ Provide logistics support to onboard new staff (ID card, Visiting Card, stationery, sitting arrangement, PABX, etc.
∎ Provide logistics support to arrange EC & BoT meetings.
∎ Consolidate purchase requisitions from different projects and be responsible for local level purchase and procurement of goods and services following policies and procedures of the organization.
∎ Follow up on utility, travel & stationery bills. Bills and invoices are forwarded to finances for processing payments.
∎ Ensure inventory of Items purchased/delivered received and distributed to the requestor within the stipulated time.
∎ Provide logistic support for meetings/seminars/workshops in booking venues and food; and purchasing print materials for events.
∎ Procure fixed assets, stationery, print materials, and other materials as per project requirements.
∎ Liaise with different vendors.
∎ Keep records of all original MoUs, contracts, rental deeds, and insurance documents
∎ Update all car documents (Registration, Fitness, Tax Token, insurance, etc.) on time. Maintain Fuel & CNG consumption for each vehicle and prepare monthly fuel consumption reports.
∎ Organizing daily transport movement, operation schedules & routes.
∎ Prepare the Driver's duty roster & follow up on the duty and daily vehicle movement.
∎ Monitor the progress of vehicle repair and maintenance works. Review vehicle logbook, and overtime of admin support staff before submitting in accounts.
∎ Maintain inventory (Fixed assets & Equipment) of Dhaka office, Unit offices & project site office.
∎ Supervise the support staff, and office maintenance ( health, hygiene, safety, and security issues).
∎ Ensure office premises, kitchen, and canteen areas in neat and clean.
∎ Ensure dining facilities for staff with hygiene food.
∎ Establish and manage proper filing systems for the admin and logistics departments in the response office.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and department head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years of experience in the relevant field in national/international NGOs is preferable.
∎ Self-starter, motivated, able to work alone and/or in a team, respects deadlines, ability to deal with stressful situations. Working spirit is essential.
∎ Demonstrated ability in managing Admin, Logistics, and procurement-related responsibilities.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Good computer knowledge especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and also should be good in email communication.
∎ Experience in compiling agreements, TORs, meeting minutes, brochures, factsheets, and reports.
