Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a front desk and reception for clients
  • Maintain and update company and customer records
  • Answer queries by clients and outside customers
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Schedule and manage in-house events
  • Train and supervise service staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Maintain petty cash and produce monthly client Invoices
