Responsibilities & Context: We at Locus challenge what is impossible, to make it possible in Bangladesh. Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a front desk and reception for clients
- Maintain and update company and customer records
- Answer queries by clients and outside customers
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Schedule and manage in-house events
- Train and supervise service staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Maintain petty cash and produce monthly client Invoices
