We are looking for experienced Admin/HR or Admin/Accounts person who challenges the norms to work with us.


We are looking for a Admin/HR to take care of our office facilities and carry out day to day office administration duties for our clients.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and update company and customer records.
  • Answer queries by clients and outside customers.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
  • Schedule and manage in-house events.
  • Train and supervise service staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
  • Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
