Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dignity Textile Mill Limited specialized in the manufacture of garments is in search for some energetic personnel. We invite competent and highly motivated individuals who wish to build a long-term career with our company for immediate hiring.
∎ Daily floor visit to check housekeeping and compliance.
∎ Make workers aware about Health, Hygiene, Safety & Welfare issues.
∎ Handle grievance properly.
∎ Regular counseling and motivation of workers.
∎ Maintaining various registers.
∎ Organize welfare committee meetings, preparing minutes and circulating.
∎ Ensuring proper both way flow of communication between workers and management.
∎ Other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
