Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help all the employees to set a career goal and develop a career plan accordingly.
∎ Show the employees their career path as per their career plan.
∎ To ensure quality people for quality work.
∎ Diagnose the actual cause behind employees' poor performance.
∎ Conduct TNA and recommend Training Modules and Development Programs for employees to ensure their development.
∎ Feasibility analysis of different training modules.
∎ Conduct and monitor all the ongoing training programs.
∎ Compare the performance report of employees before and after training and submit the development report to the higher authority.
