Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Agriculture, Master of Science (MS) in Agriculture
∎ MS in Seed Technology or PGD in Seed Technology will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and monitor overall factory operations and report it to supervisor.
∎ Prepare report on -daily production, finished goods stock, and submit it to supervisor.
∎ Maintain stock of raw materials, finished goods & packing materials etc. for running production and ensure supply for the following day's production.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of finished products to distribution point
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials etc and maintain the production is cost effective.
∎ Ensure process loss within permissible limited
∎ Ensure proper documentation as per company rules and maintenance of departmental files
∎ Follow or maintain standard rules and policies for the preservation of different types of seeds and maintain its quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro based farm, Seed processing, quality control.
∎ Fresher’s are encourage to apply
∎ Excellent technical knowledge
∎ Very good communication skill
∎ Able to work variable work hours as needed
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office (Word, excel, Power point)
Salary: Negotiable
