Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily floor visit & mitigate floor discrepancy issue.
∎ Issue long absent letter for lefty employee as per labor law.
∎ Prepare all office notice & any kind of letters as per management requirement.
∎ Prepare & Ensure all investigation report & taking disciplinary action as per labor law.
∎ Prepared overtime & Tiffin bill sheet (As per Approval Policy).
∎ Issue AOP & FD workers & staff leave form & short leave/gate pass.
∎ Workers motivation & counselling to achieve optimum desire output & maintain register.
∎ Ensure all new workers orientation training every month.
∎ Carry out other job assigned by the management.
