Responsibilities & Context:

Manage daily store operations for raw materials, trims, accessories, packaging, and finished goods.

Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and proper storage of all incoming materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.

Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available to support uninterrupted production.

Supervise material issuance to production departments according to approved requisitions.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Merchandising, Planning, and Quality departments.

Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory practices where applicable.

Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.

Monitor slow-moving, excess, obsolete, and non-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions.

Lead and supervise store officers, supervisors, and storekeepers, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, 5S, and warehouse best practices.

Investigate inventory variances and implement preventive measures.

Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory documentation.

Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company standards regarding material handling and traceability.

Coordinate with logistics teams for timely receipt and dispatch of materials.

Train store personnel on inventory procedures, ERP usage, and workplace safety.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in store operations.
