• Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the production floor/line.

• Ensure smooth operation of assigned production lines.

• Monitor production output to meet daily targets while maintaining quality standards.

• Troubleshoot issues in sewing, finishing, or quality processes and implement timely solutions.

• Provide guidance and support to operators and line staff to maximize productivity.

• Collaborate with Quality Control and other departments to ensure product integrity.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Work Environment & Conditions

• Position is based full-time at our manufacturing facility in Cumilla.

• Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required during peak production periods or system improvements.
