Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We are currently seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated Technicians/Supervisors to join our dynamic Production team. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the production floor/line.
Ensure smooth operation of assigned production lines.
Monitor production output to meet daily targets while maintaining quality standards.
Troubleshoot issues in sewing, finishing, or quality processes and implement timely solutions.
Provide guidance and support to operators and line staff to maximize productivity.
Collaborate with Quality Control and other departments to ensure product integrity.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Work Environment & Conditions
Position is based full-time at our manufacturing facility in Cumilla.
Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required during peak production periods or system improvements.
