Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in apparel technical design, 3D product creation,

• Proficient in STYLE 3D/ CLO 3D / V-Stitcher

• Good knowledge of garment construction and fit (patternmaking experience a plus)

• Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects

• Familiarity with PLM systems and digital workflows,

• Strong communication and collaboration skills,

• Passionate about digital innovation, 3D technology, and sustainable product creation,

• Fluent in English and Bengali,

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs,

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment,

• Any other responsibility assigns by the management.

About the job:

• PORTWEST UC, a leading global manufacturer of safety wear, workwear and PPE is currently seeking applications for a 3D Designer (Garments) to join our Product Development team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the workwear or outdoor apparel industry with 3D garment development (STYLE3D or CLO 3D or V-Stitcher) and a strong foundation in technical design, fitting, and pattern development. This role plays a key part in developing high-quality 3D assets and digital workflows that shape the future of PORTWEST UC product creation. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail oriented, creative, and motivated individual who is passionate about garments designing, fit, and digital design. You will assist product development team members, participate in digital fittings, and help bring innovative 3D concepts to life. at Eastport Limited, located at Cumilla EPZ, on a full-time basis reporting to the Group Product Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product development team in assembling 3D garments based on fit direction from the Technical Design team,

• Build, modify, and manage 3D garment files in STYLE 3D

• Assist in organizing and managing the 3D asset library, including blocks, fabrics, trims, and avatars,

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Design and Product Development,

• Participate in digital fittings and document/communicate fit feedback with internal teams,

• Manage and track 3D creation projects, ensuring timely deliverables.

• Maintain file organization and communication with vendors and cross- functional partners,

• Support onboarding and training initiatives for new team members as skills develop,

• Test and evaluate new digital tools, providing actionable feedback,

• Develop and maintain best practices for garment construction and 3D asset quality, including updates to the 3D standards manual,
