Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Required specific knowledge about woven fabric construction, composition including ding, printing, up to finishing.
∎ The applicant should have the ability to run the required production by terms of Pretreatment of fabrics for woven, knit & Rotary & Digital printing machine.
∎ Applicant must have the ability to find new & authentic Pretreatment techniques for company.
∎ Comply with company policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
∎ Prepare and maintain fully engaged as well as talented workforce.
∎ Maintain and enhance quality, safety and client satisfaction.
∎ Train and prepare associates or performance management or succession planning.
∎ Propose, prepare and execute initiatives to enhance profitability.
∎ Ensure to successfully complete and smoothly integrate existing finish stream.
