Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Required specific knowledge about woven fabric construction, composition including ding, printing, up to finishing.
∎ · The applicant should have the ability to run the required goods in terms of Finishing from woven, knit & Rotary & Digital printing machine.
∎ · Applicant must have the ability to find new & authentic finishing techniques for company.
∎ · Comply with company policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
∎ · Prepare and maintain fully engaged as well as talented workforce.
∎ · Maintain and enhance quality, safety and client satisfaction.
∎ · Train and prepare associates or performance management or succession planning.
∎ · Propose, prepare and execute initiatives to enhance profitability.
∎ · Ensure to successfully complete and smoothly integrate existing finish stream.
