Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Required specific knowledge about woven fabric construction, composition including ding, printing, up to finishing.
∎ · Required sound knowledge about chemical engineering for fabric dyeing, printing & finishing.
∎ · The applicant should have the ability to run the total production in terms of dying of woven, knit & Rotary & Digital printing.
∎ · Applicant must have the ability to find new dyeing & printing techniques for company.
∎ · Planning, directing, and coordinating engineering efforts.
∎ · Analyzing operations to find cost-effective ways of production by concentrating on research & development.
∎ · Supervise the total team by managing of the both production and technical team.
∎ · Lead, direct and monitor every aspect of production in manufacturing plant with strong cross-functional leadership.
∎ · Comply with company policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
∎ · Prepare and maintain fully engaged as well as talented workforce.
∎ · Supervise production planning, scheduling, quality management, processing, material management, packaging and so on.
∎ · Perform closely with every department (DE sizing, Scouring and Bleaching, Mercerizing, Dyeing, Dyed finishing, rolling up to Exporting).
∎ · Ensure to directly or indirectly optimize all production/manufacturing performance.
∎ · Execute business strategies and practices to constantly improve production capability, quality, costs and customer service goals.
∎ · Maintain and enhance quality, safety and client satisfaction.
∎ · Train and prepare associates or performance management or succession planning.
∎ · Propose, prepare and execute initiatives to enhance profitability.
∎ · Ensure to maximize production efficiency as well as optimize manpower usage.
∎ · Develop and supervise annual manufacturing budgets.
∎ · Ensure to comply with all manufacturing reporting as needed.
∎ · Ensure to successfully complete and smoothly integrate existing production stream.
∎ · Applicant should have specific knowledge on machinery i.e. woven dyeing machine, knit dyeing machine, rotary printing machine, and digital printing machine.
