Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC (Vocational) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular checks, operates and maintains mechanical and electrical parts in the circuit breakers,control panels, and transformers; performs new wiring of substations.
∎ Maintain accurate logs on all breaker operation and fault.
∎ Routinely inspects transformer and maintain checklist.
∎ Routinely inspects Battery and battery charger and records observations and makes necessary repairs and corrections.
∎ Routinely inspects the Voltage level of all incoming and outgoing feeder and record the data.
∎ Routinely inspects the power factor of all feeder and operate the PFI as required.
∎ Routinely inspect the SVC equipment and water cooling system. Check for any irregular temperature, pressure or fault and make necessary repairs and corrections.
∎ Participates in substation switching procedures during planned and emergency repairs and outages.
∎ Trouble shoots problems as instructed by the Manager/ Engineer during emergency shutdowns
∎ Performs related duties as required.
