Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of all the activities required for accomplishment of Slag Processing
∎ Study, Evaluation of plant and equipment for slag processing
∎ Supervise and lead a team of operators, technicians, and support staff involved in slag processing operations
∎ Analyze the slag processing methods and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
∎ Ensure that all aspects of the slag processing operations meet the required quality standards and specifications
∎ Identify and plan the required resources including manpower, equipment, and materials required for slag processing operations
∎ Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees involved in slag processing
∎ Oversee the regular maintenance and repair activities for the equipment used in slag processing to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
∎ Prepare and manage the budget for slag processing operations, monitor expenses, and find opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits related to slag processing operations
∎ Prepare and present regular reports to higher management on key performance indicators, production volumes, quality metrics, and any issues or challenges faced in slag processing
∎ Maintain good relationships with customers by addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of slag products
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, develop effective production plan
∎ Slag processing schedule based on received order
∎ Managing and execution of plant operation
