∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement project plans for the Cut & Bend facility
∎ Ensure the project's goals and objectives are met within the defined timelines and budget
∎ Supervise the production team responsible for cutting and bending rebar
∎ Ensure all rebar products are manufactured accurately and meet quality standards.
∎ Maintain inventory levels to meet project demands
∎ Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality
∎ Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and resolve any quality issues
∎ Coordinate maintenance and repairs of cutting and bending machinery
∎ Ensure all equipment is in good working condition to prevent production delays
∎ Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower and machinery, to meet production targets
∎ Promote and enforce a safe working environment in compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
∎ Execution of all the activities required for accomplishment of cut & bend project
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific rebar needs
∎ To study, evaluating of plant & equipment for cut & bend project
∎ Coordination with suppliers, develop effective production plan
∎ Cutting & bending schedule based on receiving order
∎ Managing and execution of plant operation
∎ Prepare regular reports on production progress, quality control, and resource utilization
∎ Report any issues or deviations from the project plan to senior management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Knowledge in cutting and Bending of reinforcing bar
∎ Knowledge in Structural design
∎ Knowledge in Auto CAD, BBS Software and Cut & Bend shop Software
